Today I woke up at 8:30 but got off from bed by 9 and started workout by 9:30. Workout wasn't as Gratifying, I wasn't able to go very deep in splits, wasn't able to Hold handstand crowpose Or even elbowstand for long. I wasn't even able to do King Cobra Pose which I was able to do before. So yeah, this is about it. But I am still glad that I did do it. The point is that I should do it everyday and I did today so I AM PROUD OF YOU A!
And rest of the day went pretty well as well. I completed all the tasks I had planned by 8.
So imagine how well I would do and so kuch more I can do If I wake up even earlier.
I am gonna sleep as early as possible today and rock tomorrow's day as well.
