THE ONE THING
I realized I have way too many goals, and Following all at once won't help. So Now, I'll focus on a particular goal at a time. my THE ONE THING is TO BE AN ACTRESS. So yeah, I'll list down all the things I'll put my full focus on:
1. Get a Job:
I'll put my full energy into finding a job. This is my main goal. It is important to find a job so that I can collect enough finances. so yeah, that's my goal right now.
HABIT:
1. chanting:
It's my habit. It's same as arranging your hair. So yeah, I'll develop this habit.
2. Exercise:
Had I been focusing only on splits and Handstand , I would have done all the routine .everyday. But since my first goal to achieve is to find a jib. So I'll be doing these routines alternate days. Once I am done with Find a Job goal. I'll focus on this next
3. Book Reading: I'll be reading 1-2 chapters everyday . It's not much at all. It will hardly take anytime.
I'll take break everyday. It will be my reward for a good day.
As for weekly break, I have realized they are not that effective. It's like doing drugs after being sober for a whole week. So yeah, everyday reward is much better.
I'll start it from tomorrow and will continue it on and on and on.
I'll update about it everyday!
